Structural integrity of plant cell - tensegral organisation, cell wall-plasma membrane-cytoskeleton interactions, sensing and transduction of mechanical signals, vesicle trafficking, mechanisms of cellular movements.
Biology of cell walls - cell wall as a source and transport pathway of signalling molecules, cell wall proteins as factors of plant development and defence responses.
Reactive oxygen and nitrogen species in plants.
